Can I switch my plan after I choose it?

You can change your plan at anytime should you choose to. If you want to switch from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan, all you have to do is get in touch with one of our specialists. However, if you choose to switch to a lower-tier plan, it will not take effect until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I add extra features to my current plan?

We recognize that not everyone needs or is ready to use all of Switchboard's features. That's why we offer the ability to tailor the plans to meet your specific needs.
